We Believe…
– the Bible is the inspired Word of God and our final authority for life and faith.
– in one triune God, The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
– that God is the sovereign ruler and personal creator of all life.
– “God was manifest in the flesh (as Jesus Christ), justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world and received up into glory.” (I Timothy 3:16 KJV)
– it is only on the basis of the substitutionary sacrifice of God’s Son, Jesus Christ that any person can receive eternal life. We also believe that God made the whole universe through the Son and that He has ordained that all creation shall ultimately belong to the Son. Jesus Christ, who is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact representation of His nature, is upholding by the word of His power, everything that exists. When the Son had provided purification for sins, He took His seat at the right hand of the Majesty on high where He is today. (See Colossians 1:15-20 and Hebrews 1:2-4)
– the promise of Jesus to send the Holy Spirit to His disciples (See John 14:16-26) has been fulfilled and continues to be fulfilled in all those who truly believe on Jesus Christ. It is through the anointing and the power of the Holy Spirit, through the fruits and the gifts of the Spirit manifested in the lives of true believers, that Christ’s work to bring the message of redemption to the world is fulfilled.
– Jesus Christ is coming again to personally receive His bride, the true church and to raise the dead, both the just and the unjust, to be judged. (See 2 Corinthians 5:10 and Romans 14:10)
